Wei Dian Union accept kinds of OEM & ODM orders from customers, based on our skilled technical team and producing team.

OEM: 

• Customers should give us the authorization to the brand's printing & packing, and source of Logo;
• Customized function to be acceptable, tell us the requirement, software is free,  hardware will be charge according to material;
•  Normal customized requirements have MOQ demands, such as color & Logo printing.

ODM: 

Original design manufacturer: According to customers' design, Wei Dian Union accept "ODM" type of order, but there need customer provide us the diagram, all of technical issues should be confirmed at both side before producing time.

Located in No.13, Guannanyuan Road, Hongshan District, Wuhan City, with the area of over 5,000m2, now our Wei Dian Union has 2 full producing line for both digital panel meter and analog panel meters.

Producing & Adjusting Equipments:

• Drilling machine: Semi-automatic drilling machine, to drill the installation hole for types of meter;
• Multi-meter: Test different electronic parameters during producing & inspection, such as current, voltage, frequency, power, power factor, kwh, insulation resistance value, etc;
• Voltage-stabilize source: Can output stable DC current for adjusting application;
• Signal generator: Test the wave type signal, to supervise the status of power system;
• Oscilloscope: Measuring phase sequence, width of wave, frequency in power system.

Workers & Producing Ability:

• Total Wei Dian Union has 120+ workers, 60% of them had over 3 years' producing & adjusting experience in electronic area, which can guarantee us to deliver the goods in the condition of good performance;
• Producing Ability: Because of our skilled worked, always we are able to deliver the goods in time. normal condition, Wei Dian Union now can fulfill 30,000pcs meter's shipping for analog meter, while for digital panel meters, it is more, 100,000pcs per month.

Factory Management:

Basic requirements: Factory Uniform should be wear during producing time;

Working time: From 8am to 5pm, additional working time according to orders;

Rewarding: Each of workers will be received certain of bonus, according to the whole producing volume;

In Sep 2008, start as a small workshop located in Liushi, Wenzhou city, Zhejiang province, mainly produce meter head and other metal parts to other factories for analog meter producing;

In Fed 2010, create "Xiangyi" brand, develop all moudles by ourselves, including core of meter, front & back cover, from the size 120*120mm to 48*48mm, at the same year, fulfill the anual sales amount to 5 million(RMB);

In Jan 2011, Wenzhou Xiangyi Electronic Appliance established, relevant department open to the markets, since this, the factory development came to rapid going, different kinds of meters were all introduced and received good reputation;

In Dec 2012, branch company founded in Shanghai, in order to better covering Shanghai and surrounding markets, at this year, the annual selling amount reached 20 million RMB;

In July 2014, the whole Wenzhou Xiangyi moved to Wuhan, Hubei province, the president's hometown. At this year, a new company Wuhan Wei Dian Union Technology Co.,Ltd. established, with the brand name of "WDLYCH", since this time, Weidian start to rapid developing;

In Dec 2016, our sales amount reaches to 30 million RMB, nearly 100 distributors in China mainland and overseas' markets. During this year, we get "CCS" certificate, which is the enterance of marine type meters selling; Also the same year, start to digital panel meters producing and selling;
